The principles we teach are universally applicable – whether in schools, free-time activities, team development, or corporate training. You’ll also receive a comprehensive printed manual to guide you through the process. - Self-experience
You can teach nearly anything through experiential learning – including the process itself. Throughout the training, you’ll learn by doing, gaining first-hand experience of the methodology in action. - Practical training
You’ll have the opportunity to apply your knowledge in real practice. You’ll design games, lead reflections, build scenarios, and interact with challenging participants in model situations. All this will take place in a supportive environment where mistakes are part of the learning process – and you’ll leave knowing how to do it better next time. - The group size of max. 16 participants
