She has been involved in education since 2010, when she began contributing to educational programs focused on global development. Since then, she has worked as a civic education methodology expert at the Multicultural Center Prague and as an awareness-raising coordinator at the organization Light for the World.
Since 2012, she has been active in Prázdninová škola Lipnice, a Czech experiential education organization, where she has served as an instructor, trainer, methodology expert, and currently as the Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees. She has been involved in the development of six long-term experimental courses, dozens of educational programs for students, and accredited teacher training courses. From 2017 to 2019, she contributed to the Aktiv project, which focused on youth engagement, improving competencies of youth workers, and supporting systematic youth work in urban areas. Since 2019, she has been part of the methodology team for the Demohráč project, which also focuses on developing civic competencies in young people.
Currently, she works as a trainer in the Marker CS project, supporting the professional development of youth workers in the field of non-formal education. She is also a trainer in a certified experiential education methodology program.
In her free time, she enjoys organizing women’s gatherings, singing, swimming, and hiking with a backpack through the Czech countryside.
